Our Services
-

Individual Telehealth
Individual Telehealth Therapy Sessions
One-on-one, HIPAA compliant video therapy for clients across New Jersey, New York, and other PSYPACT states. Sessions are held over a secure platform designed specifically for telehealth, so you get the same level of privacy and professionalism as an in-person visit, without the commute or waiting room. This format works well for people managing busy schedules, mobility limitations, or anxiety that makes leaving the house feel harder than it should. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.
-

OCD
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Treatment
Specialized treatment for all presentations of OCD, including taboo and intrusive thought subtypes such as relationship OCD (rOCD), harm OCD, POCD, and scrupulosity. Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD, along with Inference Based CBT (I-CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), treatment is built around your specific obsessions and compulsions rather than a one size fits all protocol. The goal isn't to eliminate every intrusive thought, but to change how much power those thoughts have over your daily life.
-

PTSD
Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Treatment
Evidence based trauma treatment using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). Each approach is selected and paced based on what feels manageable for you, since trauma recovery isn't linear and shouldn't feel rushed. Treatment focuses on reducing avoidance, processing difficult memories, and helping you reconnect with a sense of safety in the present rather than staying stuck in the past.
-

Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety and Stress Management
Support for generalized anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias, and the everyday overwhelm that builds up from work, relationships, or simply having too much on your plate. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), treatment focuses on identifying the thought patterns that fuel anxiety and building the flexibility to respond to stress differently, so anxious thoughts stop dictating your decisions.
-

Emetophobia
Emetophobia Treatment Services
Focused treatment for the fear of vomiting, a phobia that's often misunderstood and can quietly shape everything from what you eat to whether you'll travel or socialize. Because emetophobia is frequently under-recognized, many clients have spent years managing it alone before finding targeted care. Using gradual exposure work tailored to your specific fears, treatment is designed to expand what feels possible again, at a pace that respects how overwhelming this fear can be.
-

BFRBs
Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors
Shame free, specialized support for hair pulling (trichotillomania) and skin picking (excoriation disorder). These behaviors are often misunderstood as bad habits rather than the complex, urge driven conditions they are. Treatment combines behavioral strategies like habit reversal training with self-compassion work, helping you understand the function these behaviors serve so you can respond to the urge differently, without added shame.

Common Questions
-
It means Dr. Anna isn't contracted with insurance companies. You pay for sessions directly and can seek partial reimbursement from your insurer using a superbill. Working with an out-of-network provider also means treatment isn't dictated by insurance company timelines or requirements. There's no cap on session frequency, no requirement to justify ongoing care with a specific diagnosis, and no risk of coverage being cut off mid-treatment because an insurer decides you've had "enough" sessions. Care is shaped entirely around your individual needs and progress, not a policy.
-
Submit the superbill you receive after each session to your insurance provider. They'll reimburse you directly based on your specific out-of-network benefits.
-
A detailed receipt with the diagnostic and service codes your insurer needs to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim.
-
Check the PSYPACT map to confirm your state is included. PSYPACT is an interstate agreement that allows licensed psychologists to legally provide telehealth across state lines, so if your state participates, you can work with Dr. Anna from home.
